Day 6 Dinner Debriefing

Ate dinner across the road at Pastini’s, an Oregon chain of… you guessed it, pasta restaurants. Had carbonara and alfredo, that’s all. Chose the only Oregon Chardonnay to go with, a Chehalem Inox. After it arrived, we found out it is an unoaked Chard styled more like a Pinot Grigio. It actually went very well with dinner, crisply cutting through the rich creamy sauces, but it isn’t our style, and we won’t be looking for it.
