Ate Italian at Ferraro’s tonight. Boodles, the place that blew up last year, is still not open. So, salad and pasta, and we both chose well: Caroline had the lobster ravioli, I had scallops with fettuccine Alfredo. I could taste the difference real Parmesan made. Their entire wine list is Italian, so I chose something I knew nothing about. We had a Lugano by I Frati. The blurb on the wine list said it was a good match for fish and seafood pastas. It had the weight and mouth feel of a Chardonnay, but floral and mineral notes more like a Chenin Blanc. We liked it.
